Contact requests
Enquiry forms open on forms.kovvalab.online and call booking opens on cal.kovvalab.online. They request the contact details and information needed for your enquiry or appointment; the forms also allow photo attachments. This information is stored in our request management tool and may be emailed to our team to respond, prepare a proposal and follow up on your project. Do not include sensitive information in your message.
Cookies and audience measurement
Google Analytics is a Google service used with your consent to measure page views and clicks to WhatsApp. It uses the _ga and _ga_BE9YVFKTXF cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. Google also processes technical information about your browser and device. No form contents or WhatsApp messages are sent to Google Analytics. Query strings and URL fragments are excluded from our events. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled in our integration.
Cookie duration and saved preference
Analytics cookies are configured to last 180 days, without automatically extending their expiry on each visit. Your acceptance or refusal is stored separately in this browser’s local storage for 180 days solely to respect your choice. This preference does not track your browsing on other sites. Clearing browser data or using another browser may prompt a new request.
Accepting, refusing or withdrawing consent
Google Analytics does not load before you accept. Refusing does not prevent browsing or contacting us. To change your choice, use “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Refusing after acceptance stops measurement and removes Analytics cookies accessible on this site; it does not retroactively delete data already sent to Google. We ask for your consent again when the saved choice expires.
External services and Google data
Forms, call booking and WhatsApp open on external services. Your choice here applies to this website and does not control those services’ cookies. Measurement data is sent to Google, which may process it outside the European Union. For questions or requests about your data, contact TTBM at contact@brumecaraibes.com. Google’s privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
WhatsApp and external services
The WhatsApp button opens that external service. You then decide whether to send your message; WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies to its use. Other external links lead to services with their own privacy rules.
Access, correction or deletion
To request access to, correction or deletion of information you have sent, email contact@brumecaraibes.com with your request. Our team may ask for information needed to locate your enquiry and verify your identity. You may also request details of applicable retention periods and processing arrangements at this address.
